The guest speaker is Harford County Executive Bob Cassilly.
Harford County Executive Bob Cassilly
Bob Cassilly has served as the Harford County Executive since December 2022. He served in the Maryland Senate from 2014 to 2022 where he was chair of the Harford County Senate Delegation and ranking Republican on Judicial Proceedings Committee. Prior to his election to the Senate, Bob served three years in Iraq with the U.S. Army and the U.S. Department of State and was awarded the Bronze Star and State Department Superior Honor Award. He served 12 years in the U.S. Army and National Guard, both active and reserve duty, as both enlisted and an Infantry and JAG officer. Bob has been a member of the Maryland Bar since 1988. His other elected offices include Harford County Council, Bel Air Town Commissioner, and Mayor. He is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and University of Baltimore Law School, with honors. Bob and his wife Deb have five children and ten grandchildren.
