Harford Community College Information
There are no more paper applications for student scholarships of any kind at the Harford Community College (HCC). In fact, by applying online, it will put students in a position to possibly qualify for more than just the Route 40 scholarships! One online application will do it.
All students should apply ONLINE through Owlnet. They will need to apply to the College for admission and be assigned a student HID#. They can then use the link here
